Upon moving out I called Junk King and they kept their word! same day and time window!!! Junk King stood on business and came to help me remove all of the furniture I needed gone in less than one hour after I called them. They gave me a free quote and estimate when I got there. They gave me price was reasonable for the work load, furniture pieces and the weight of the furniture. They have flexible payment options I paid on site with my credit card. They even left the place spotless making sure they cleaned up any mess left behind and a couple items couldn’t fit on the truck so they just called another junk king truck on route to my apartment to come and pick it up. I I offered the guys ice and water for all there hard work! I would recommend this business to anyone needed to get rid of any sort of junk immediately. Thanks Junk King you guys were really a big help!!!

Amazing company!! Very fast, efficient, great communication. Took care of the job in less than 2 hours from the initial call. They handled a garbage issue at one of the apartment complex buildings we oversee. We will use their services again at our other properties.

Fantastic experience. I called this company at the last minute after doing some impromptu tree trimming which left a debris disaster in my yard. They promptly dispatched a team who arrived exactly on time, and did the job with complete professionalism.

I was a little skeptical because they wouldn’t give me a quote until they arrived on site even though I sent a bunch of pictures, but I figured I could always just send them on their way. To my delight, their quote was totally reasonable.

There are not enough words to say about Junk King.. they are the best! If you need to have trash hauled away then these are your guys! They are professional, courteous and they truly go above and beyond and get the job done!!!! I will not use anyone else. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! Thank you Junk King for being so incredibly amazing during the whole hauling process and we had a lot and it was challenging but they did it!!!!!

I got a say, I came into this not expecting to get help right away and I was pleasantly surprised. Bruno at Junk Kings was able to fit me into their tight schedule when I was in a bind and the price was absolutely acceptable with such short notice. I didn't even have to be there which was a plus being stuck at work.

I scheduled an appointment for a microwave oven to be picked up. I appreciate that they were on time and communicated with me via text prior. The pricing was not transparent and felt predatory. We brought our microwave oven to the truck outside (transported it from our apartment ourselves), and we were told the fee would be nearly $100! They don’t tell you the price in advance, so we were blindsided when we brought it to the truck. They even had the audacity to ask for a tip despite not transporting the microwave from our apartment! Not sure what the pricing was based on, but it’s possible that we were up-charged because we live in a nice area (Brickell). If I knew the price beforehand, I would’ve gone with another company or found a recycling facility myself. Junk King needs to be more ethical in their business practices.
