Junk King was awesome! Super easy to work with, and their customer service was great, they responded to questions and got the job done…They showed up on time, and the price was fair. We had very heavy reclining couch and love seat to get rid of through a narrow front door. Junk King removed them with care not to damage anything in its way. They were great at communicating their arrival and setting up a time that worked for me. We will absolutely use them again.

Initially chose them because of the price, but they were great! They were quick to provide an estimate after I texted pictures. Their final price reflected their estimate. They were so kind and courteous even after I kept rescheduling. They missed the initial delivery window but when I called to get an update they followed up right away and showed up at the given time (so I won’t take points off for that). Their delivery guys were professional and efficient.

Paul and his partner came at the original time I had scheduled. The office gave me a later appointment window so I was only ready to have them take one of three items. But he was very up front about the fees and I opted to get the other items next week. They were very fast getting the one piece of furniture out. Very professional and friendly.

The gentlemen who came were courteous, friendly and efficient. They worked diligently to remove the large upright piano and freezer along with loads of other stuff.. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the job, despite periods of heavy rainfall during their time working.

There should be far more transparency offered on site during the service. We were given an estimate based on a certain number of truck loads. Between the date of the estimate and the service date, we consolidated and got rid of a ton of stuff. But on site no one could tell us how many trucks they used and they charged us the full estimate despite the fact that I'm sure it ended up being a much smaller job. But I have no way to prove that because we were busy packing while they loaded and replaced trucks. The guys doing the work should be showing you as each truck drives away.

Junk Kings came the same day they contacted. Took an estimate of the items I needed removed and it was fare since they were heavy bulky items. The staff was friendly and collected the items with ease. I will use their services again! I would recommend them to others.
