Getting our first EV, we were looking for certified installers for the Tesla Wall Connector. After several estimates, Kaptial was one of the most professional and walked us through this new process smoothly. We had a clean install with our new house with a 200A service. Michael Diamond is exceptionally helpful from the first communication regarding the idea of us determining if we wanted solar panels installed through educating us on the process, permitting, benefits of rebates available, scheduling installation, financing/payment options, etcetera. Kapital Electric was very easy to work with and got my ev charger installed super quick. Once you reach out they'll send a tech out to map out location of install and produce a quote. There is a $4,000 rebate available thru ComEd but you'll have to sign up for hourly pricing for a 3 year term. You can end the hourly pricing contract at any time but you'll have to pay ComEd back for the rebate. If you go that route, Kapital will have you just sign over the rebate to them and anything still owed on your quote is all you'll have to pay at the time of install. I live in a condo and the install took 5-6 hours. I only had to be there to let them in and came back from work when they finished to approve the work was complete. Responsive, Efficient and Quick.

I recently had solar panels installed on my home by Kapital Electric, and the entire experience was outstanding! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Mike, the salesman, did an exceptional job with communication. He answered my phone calls and text messages, day and night about any questions I had.

The crew that performed the installation was equally impressive. They were professional, thorough, and paid great attention to detail, ensuring everything was done perfectly, especially the attic run conduit. I also have to mention the office staff, who were on top of all the paperwork and made sure everything was filed properly with ComEd. From the time of my first call to inquire, they had my complete system installed and generating electricity in under one month!!!

Prior to calling Kapital, I called approximately 20 different companies and met with several of them in person. I was getting so frustrated with the pushy, uneducated salesman. I felt many of the companies just seemed like a fly by night organization that may not be around for support in the future. I had one more number on my list to call and it was Kapital. I told myself if these guys aren't educated, I am done shopping around and give up on solar altogether. I was immediately contacted by Mike who understood with complete confidence the intricate type of system that I was looking to get installed by a certain deadline. Throughout the whole process I had such a good repertoire with Mike, I am now proud to call him a friend. I have 100% confidence that they will be here in the future if I need any maintenance or repairs performed.
