giving false information we hired them in 2018 and after 6 month i got the final but attorney postponed my court date without my request after 6 yrs i got master hearing on may and he sent withdraw of motion as my attorney and now court postponed my date in may 2027 im so pissed off before david’s license suspended i visited his office and they didn’t let me know if they are going to withdraw as a attorney. if they should let us know me before i could find another attorney before my date. everyone should a file a complaint against them

Reach out to me if would like to file a complaint against these brothers with the state bar. These bothers are giving false immigration information and taking peoples money. If they tell you to not renew your work permit to save money do not listen to them. Be extremely careful.

From my experienced, I will not recommend this place. The only reason I came here because my co- worker recommended this place.Make sure you do your homework before deciding to hire The Kaufman Attorney’s. The service he provided for my family got rejected because it was prematurely when he submitted the application to the Embassy. He gave me the wrong information in the first place. If I knew. I will not hired him at all. I though he knew what he was doing. The application was rejected & I was told to call him every month to check the status if we can re-submit the application again per his instructions. Well, I’ve been doing what I was told for almost 1 year with no results. Calling him once a month, mid month per his instructions.
We Started the application last year of September 2016 and I finally got fed up this month. Called him & canceled the whole thing . There’s no results at all until now as of October 2017. Application not even re-submitted yet. Paid him a lot of money & wont even refund us or at least give us half of the money. His reason was his entitled to get paid for what he had done. I said yes, but not for the whole amount of what we paid him in advance.(deposit & monthly payment). All he had done was to process the application & submitted the application prematurely & got rejected. Thats all he has done for us & I was the one who’s calling him every month to see if we can re-submit the application again. And his answer always let me check , hearing computer clicking on the background for 3 minutes, then he will say not yet call me again next moth. This lasted for 9 months. Finally because of my frustration , I decided to cancel the whole application because its not going anywhere. I though he knew what he was doing because his an attorney. I guessed not or else we would not hired him at all. Because of what he told us when we first met him. Had the appointment/consultation he told us he can process the paper work if we hire him . So, we did. He told us he will submit the forms to the embassy and it will takes 3-6 months to process the application and you’re family will be eligible to get permanent residency & get a permit to work in the U. S. Well, application got rejected the following month after he submitted the application. There you go. Got rejected immediately. First try got rejected right away. Back & fort going to his office because his always missing some forms/ forgot to gave it to us. Need to come back, or check amount its not the right amount etc.
I wont even give them star all for their review.
