Asked for an estimate to get a property surveyed and was told by Brian that he would get one done for me the next day (Friday June 25th) or by Monday June 28th at the latest, however, they never responded with the estimate and I even emailed him back on July 2nd and got no response back, so I'm now writing this review on July 15th and have still yet to receive a response. I'm not sure what happened, but, it's annoying when someone says they will do something especially when my time is also valuable and I could've just went on to another surveyor if he didn't want the job, instead, of not responding and could've just told me that he can't do it.

Brian has since reached out to me to apologize and I have given him the opportunity to make it right, he is going to do my survey of my property, however, I will update this review further when the task is finished.

Brian did a stellar job in getting the project done for me in a very timely matter after the unfortunate communication issue that we had and made sure that I felt like a valued client afterwards, the pricing was pretty fair and I appreciate all that he did in getting my property surveyed, with a detailed map and pictures of the property. I would recommend Keen Surveying to others and use his services again in the future.
