I've used Kelley's for 3 years to service my 15 year old heat pump whenever it had a problem and they always responded promptly. It finally needed to be replaced. Corey at Kelley's gave me the best quote and several options to choose from. I chose the Carrier Crossover Up to 18 SEER. Corey and Joseph promptly came to install it on the day I chose and removed and replaced the unit in about 4 hours and cleaned everything up after they were finished. They explained how to operate the new WiFi thermostat and system and I would highly recommend Kelley's.

Our heat was blowing non stop and when we called Kelly’s, they made multiple attempts at reaching us, even after hours but my phone was turned off. Once we spoke on the phone they were at our home within minutes and fixed the problem very quickly! Jeff and his team are awesome! Highly recommend!

AC wasn’t blowing cool air. They came that very day and change out the condenser. Turned the AC off overnight and turned back on the next day and nothing was blowing. They guys came out in responsible time (even though close to closing time) to check AC and the fan connector wasn’t connected. These guys were professional and nice and got it fixed. Good company to use! I would highly recommend.
