I have been with TNT for many years now. My first impression was excellent. The unit I was looking at was clean, sturdy, and has great security. I feel very confident that my belongings are safe there. It's highly maintained and that is the first thing that attracted me to TNT. Kathleen has always been very helpful, quickly resolved any issues that may come up (I've had maybe one), and is more than willing to work with a customer when times get hard. It's a great facility and I plan on being a customer as long as the business exists. I highly recommend TNT Mini Storage to anyone seeking a storage unit. If there aren't any units available put yourself on the waiting list. It is worth the wait.

First I called to pay for a unit they said they will reserve it call the day before and pay. That lady was nice. I called back the day before getting my unit. Someone else answered I told them I had a unit reserved for tomorrow I was calling to pay. She said did u speak with Alicia. I said I'm not sure who it was. She said were you calling hillside storage. I said no. Is this hillside storage. She said no tnts. I said okay so this is the right place. She said sir can you please quit talking. So I hung up and went somewhere else. She was very rude But hey we all have bad days. Everyone else had good reviews so idk. But that was my expierience.

Please don't do business at tnts storage unit . The owner is a extremely rude woman. A family members storage was robbed and the owner said it's not my problem and accused my family member that it was a inside job. Very poor customer service .
