Everything from beginning to end was perfect. Kendall Partners made the process so easy and stress free. The offer was what I was expecting to clear if I had used a realtor. No surprises, just really very helpful staff from Tom Knickerbocker who came to the house to Janelle Coleman who smoothly coordinated everything on the inside end. I would highly recommend them if you don’t want to deal with open houses and all the stress that goes along with that process.

We unfortunately, had to sell my mother-in-law‘s home, and the best solution was Kendall partners. They offered us a fair price for the home and we were able to take our memories and leave everything that we didn’t want to take. They handled the removal of all the other items And there was no charge for the service. They were very pleasant to deal with and the entire process went very seamlessly, and quickly.
