Had a great experience with Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and spoke with Wade, who was quick to assist and connected us with their tech, Tyler. Tyler came out promptly, assessed our situation, and walked us through several options. Initially, we planned to go with the most affordable route and have them repair our 20+ year-old unit, which they were more than willing to do. However, after some thought, we decided to replace the unit entirely.

The install team was fantastic—efficient, professional, and incredibly transparent about their work. They worked quickly, kept everything clean, and made the whole process stress-free.

Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning for their excellent service and professionalism!

The entire process was easy, from scheduling our initial appointment meeting with Tyler, to reviewing our options and setting up the install of our new system. The install crew was professional and took great care our home during the entire install process. I would highly recommend Kendrick Heating and Air.

Thank you Jordan for sending a tech expeditiously to troubleshoot and repair the AC issue at our home. Mike, the Tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked out everything elaborately and even got on a call with the manufacturer tech support all while standing in the attic where it gets really hot. It turned out a part is required to replaced. He has provided an estimate and will be coming back when the part arrives at their office. He was calm the entire time and the best part was there was never any pressure tactics and arm twisting that many other Techs tend to apply to get the customer to agree to some solution they propose. I will do a follow up on this review once they get the part and do the actual final repair and get our system back up.

Follow-up review on 02 Oct 2024:
Mike came back out yesterday with the replacement parts and got our AC system up and running again and tested everything out. He also took the time to explain the functions of the system clearly. I am very happy wit the Job. I already recommended Kendrick to a friend and he has hired them for his project too. I will keep doing word of mouth referrals to other friends too.

I will recommend Kendricks heating and air to all my friends and family for one reason. That is Honesty and transparency went it comes down to working on my A/C unit. Jordan and his well trained staff, will not take short cuts went doing any job or repairs. Price is the most affordable and competitive then others companies in the Sacramento area. Our experience with Kendrick’s Heating And Air was absolutely fantastic! They were prompt efficient and clean. They answered all of our questions before during and after the installation. Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning company, helped us understand the issue with our AC unit, recommended the options for the fix, and worked with us to make the decision which is best for us to move forward.

The professional steps which Jordan and his team took in choosing the right capacity and configuration for the AC and Furnace Units, to replacing existing old legacy units with more efficient and ECO friendly units, and at the same time optimizing the cost, and our expenses towards the installation, increased our confidence and trust on Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning company.

Work ethic, and personal attention, they provided to answering all our questions, and providing long term support plan for preventive maintenances was the highlight of the whole process.

Met with Kendrick Heating for a quote on a new HVAC system. Jordan did a great job reviewing our system and our home. However, we decided to use another provider based on price and specifications. I would still recommend Kendrick to review your future HVAC needs.
