True professionals. Mike, Jess and crew were recommended to me by a friend in Key West, and I am so glad for that. We started with a dream of enclosing our screened in porch and screening in our unused patio to maximize space. My main goal was to make the space look and feel like it was not an afterthought, but like it was purposeful or had always been a part of the home. They truly understood the assignment! The dream became a reality, and through the entire process the team was respectful of our home and of changes or my opinions- and I tend to have a lot of those! They reminded us again and again that this was our home so the most important thing was for us to be happy. They ended up doing a lot more work than was originally intended because our vision grew and changed, and they were happy to accommodate and open the plans back up to give us exactly what we wanted. Any issues were quickly remedied (example: a window came in with a scratch and they did not hesitate to get the window in and move on while we waited on a new one, just to have to replace it weeks later. They could have boarded up that area instead of doing double work but they wanted us to be comfortable and for that I am appreciative). Their finish work is incredible. There was never a surprise or feeling of the unknown- their communication is on point. Most of all, they are all nice people that you can trust. I would recommend them again and again, and hope we have another project that we can work with them on soon!

Our experience working with Kenna was absolutely outstanding. We had a long wait due to hurricane Irma, but they were communicative throughout and always got back to us when busy. They went above and beyond, with Jess even advising us on insurance issues and submitting documents to help with our claim.
When the time finally come to install our new siding, they were on time, communicative and the quality of their work was excellent. Mike Kenna was always on the job personally, and took time to meet with us to go over installation. They were extremely patient in waiting for payment due to issues with our insurance company. In a place that was overwhelmed by Irma and where good contractors seemed hard to come by, we felt so lucky to have found such a hardworking, talented and ethical team in Kenna construction. I honestly don’t have enough good to say about this company - working with them was the best part of hurricane Irma, hands down.

From start to finish, Kenna Construction was professional, polite, prompt, and over-the-top friendly. Kenna was recommended to us from a friend who also had some work done to their home.

Our wind and homeowners insurance was going up exponentially, and we needed to replace our front door with an impact door to get all of our credits. Jess emailed us several options for a door, and as soon as we picked one out, we were scheduling a time for them to install. She was extremely courteous and patient with all of our questions.

When the crew came to install the door, they too, were super professional and friendly. They were all great with our dogs and mindful of the front gate so they didn't get out.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to come to our home and do a project that was beyond our means. I will absolutely call them again if we need more work in the future. Highly recommend!

Hurricane Irma left our home unliveable for over a year. FEMA predicted our home was hit by 2 or more tornandos as well as the hurricane. Insurance payment was a nightmare and as our home sat it only became worse. Kenna Construction helped our house become a home again within less than 2 months. Mike takes great pride in his company and his work and professionalism shows just that. Jess had incredible customer service and is timely and responsive by multiple means of communication. The whole crew is friendly and when the job was done our little girl missed her morning greetings from them. I would without a doubt use them again and will continue to refer them to everyone.
