Great experience renting from keys to Denali!
They picked us up from the depot and brought us to their base where the cars were and then we were off in no time.
Brought the car back to their base when we were done and they again took us back to the depot.
Definitely rent a car if you are checking out Denali! It’s a beautiful place!!!

Keys to Denali Car Rental is fantastic. We made our reservations through Ann, and she was very helpful. Everyone there was so courteous and kind., and filled with information. We were able to be picked up at our hotel and taken to their office for our car rental. After we were finished with our rental , we were driven back to our hotel. They answered any questions we had, and also gave recommendations on the area. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Alaska again, we would definitely rent from Keys to Denali, and would love to stay in their Denali Dome Home. It is beautiful.

We just completed a super rental experience with Keys to Denali. Terry met us @
train station, so we didn’t have to transfer our luggage more than once. Also, they loaned us hiking sticks, hairspray, a cooler and a pair of binoculars. It would’ve been so heavy to bring these in our luggage Or expensive to purchase them all. Our vehicle is in great condition and very clean. 🙂

Ann, Terry and Bart were fantastic! We are so glad we found Keys to Denali. They made our trip so perfect. All the arrangements before the trip were easily set up for renting a car for us to have to explore the Denali area. Ann gave us lots of tips about what to bring and suggestions for local attractions we might want to do. Bart picked us up at the train station and helped us with luggage, then drove us to Healy to pick up our rental car. At the end of our vacation, after returning the car to Keys To Denali, Terry drove us to the train station for the trip back to Anchorage. They have a fantastic business, friendly and great customer service!

A Great Experience with Keys to Denali Car Rental

On my recent trip to Alaska, I rented a car from Keys to Denali to use around the area of Denali National Park and Healy, where the car rental is located as well as our hotel. The business is owned by a very nice couple, Ann and Terry, whose help was over and above my expectations. I highly recommend them if you choose to use a rental car in Denali. The rental rate is somewhat high, but not out of line with other car rentals in Alaska. However, the service was excellent. Terry picked us up at the train station and when our luggage went missing due to incorrect tagging in Anchorage, he investigated and quickly determined they had been picked up by a hotel by mistake. He retrieved them for us, avoiding a potential disaster. Ann offered all kinds of valuable advice, including where to eat (Black Diamond Grill in Healy), where to get Denali Shuttle tickets, and even the best place to sit on the park shuttle bus. Finally, Ann took us to the train station, helped get our luggage properly tagged and at her suggestion, took us to a free dog sled demonstration offered by the park rangers. She explained how to catch a park shuttle back to the train station before dropping us off.
