Found a bone in the chicken pot pie I waited half an hour for, while trying to dig out what I swear were pieces of chicken liver. Was trying to feed it to my 2 year old, and the bone was just perfect size to fit on a spoon, so certainly hazardous. Absolutely no excuse.

I used to work at KFC and it used to be my favorite place to get fried chicken. But this was the worst visit I've ever had, the only thing on my plate that was good was the coleslaw, the chicken tenders were like rubber and tasted like they had been sitting all day, the potatoes and gravy ( which has always been my favorite) had been watered down so much there was no flavor at all, and the biscuits were so flat, hard and tasteless you couldn't eat them.

I was looking forward to a nice meal on the 4th since I didn't feel up to cooking, but this was a waste of nearly $30 for two meals.
I won't be going back to Russellville KFC unless the store manager assures me they are making some changes and doing things the way it's supposed to be.

I don’t eat fast food often and I’m always disappointed after I do, but today was different. Chicken and sides were great and I haven’t had a soft biscuit from a chicken place in 20 years… well that changed today! Biscuits were soft and delicious! Great and fast service and kind workers! Great food! Way better than any other KFC I’ve been too.

I don't know if management has changed or what has happened to this location but it saddens me. They were top notch and my favorite location in the area. Now they quote it will be at least an hour before chicken is cooked on a regular basis. Sundays are literally going to be your big money making days.

The speaker in drive thru was broken... had to pull up to window to order.... they had no pot pies... 25mins to cook 1. Not waiting. Ordered a total of 10 fingers,they only had 9. So we had to change the order. Then the lady at the window got frustrated with something and stormed off after slamming the cash drawer.... another employee walked over to finish letting us pay for our food. All in all the whole process took almost 30 mins. We could've ordered the pot pie. ? the chicken fingers we got were not fresh and you could tell had sat there for some time. The fries were soggy and cold. I was very unhappy with the whole visit, from start to finish.

I ordered on the KFC app. I received my confirmation email. I placed this order at 4:20 pm. I arrived approximately 5:00 pm to get my order. I was told they did not receive it and there was nothing they could do. I showed them the email with my confirmation number and what the order was. They still claimed they could not give me the food. So I asked for a refund, again I was told they couldn't give me a refund either that I have to go under the KFC app for the refund. As I looked through the app I didn't see anywhere to request a refund. I informed the manager there wasn't a place on the app to get a refund. I was then told by a cashier that it was up to ME how to get my money back. After about 30-40 minutes of trying to figure this all out,I asked for the corporate's phone number. I was told by the cashier that she would get it for me in a few minutes. After waiting about 20 minutes and asking again for the number,I was still ignored. My daughter, being a store manager herself at another restaurant (not KFC) called to talk to the manager. The manager also got rude with her and hung up. When I had walked back in to see if she got me the corporate number yet, the manager was on the phone with her manager, which was just as rude as the manger at the store. Anyways, I never got the corporate number and had to Google the number myself. I am glad to know that I was able to finally talk to a civil person that understood, I SHOULD NOT have to leave the store with NO food or MONEY. He did refund my money. I was finally able to leave around 6 pm after talking to cooperate. Russellville Alabama KFC needs to figure out better answers then "we can't" or "I don't know." They cannot expect a person to pay for a meal and receive nothing, no food or money and tell the customer to figure it out. It wouldn't hurt for them to clean up the area they prepare the food in either, just from what I could see was not clean not including the smell of old cooking oil.

Staff either lacks the intelligence to speak in drive thru speaker or to lazy..Waited at speaker with no greeting. I said hello several times and finally got yelled at! There was Noone else in drive thru and only 2 cars in parking lot. They're totally incompetent and no way in hell.id eat their food with that attitude!

I have to give KUDOS to Kilan at the Russellville, AL KFC!!!! I ordered the famous bowl and asked for extra corn. He told me that most folks usually only put 1/2 cup of corn on the bowl but it is supposed to have a cup. I'm just here to say that it was the best bowl I've had in a few years!!! Thank you Kilan!!!!
