We recently had a new roof that included a complete tear off, new skylights and vents done by KG Roofing. Chris and his crew were great to work with from the very start to finish. They were professional, polite, and very organized and did an excellent job.

Chris is a true professional! He was extremely helpful when I was dealing with my insurance company trying to get my roof replaced. His team came in and re-did my roof and worked hard to finish in two days. From start to finish they were courteous and professional. At the end of the job, they went all around my home to make sure there was no debris or nails left behind. Excellent customer service! Quality work! I highly recommend KG Roofing and Construction!

I highly recommend Chris and his crew; they were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and their work was exceptional. The whole process went super smoothly, Chris was very attentive towards all my concerns, responded quickly to my texts, emailed me promptly all the paperwork needed. The KG crew was extraordinary, they were very organized, finished tearing up my old garage roof and installed new roof in a matter of hours; they left my backyard and surrounding neat and clean. The KG roofing team is amazing. We recently purchased a fixer-upper, and our roof was a mess. Multiple active leaks, rotting skylights, bad sheathing, mold, the works. The KG roofing team in just 3 days very quickly completed a full tear-off (2700 SQ ft home), and installed 6 new skylights. We opted for some very nice upgraded VELUX skylights that open & close remotely (and also have remote control retracting blinds). The price was lower than expected, and the quality of work is exceptional. They were able to rip off old sheathing that was previously compromised from the old leaks (and mold issues). They flashed everything, and even spray painted everything black to match the Onyx shingles. The crew was polite and always in good spirits. Chris was great to work with. Same day quote, great communication. Several months later, we have a solid home without any leaks. I highly recommend these guys!

I had been looking for a trusted roofer to fix the leaks in my house for a while.
After I contacted several roofers referred by other people, I did not feel confident about any of them, I was forced to do some research myself. Chris was the name mentioned repeatedly in reviews with only good things. I felt finally there was someone I could count on. So I made the call. Chris answered the call himself and came to the site for inspection the same day. Just as other people described in their reviews, chris is very pleasant to interact with, very respectful, and very sharp to identify the problem. He was straightforward about his plan. No talking around. He presented a proposal the same day and started to work on it as soon as the weather permitted. I was amazed by his high efficiency. This is exactly what you need when dealing with water leaks. Chris and his crew were very careful and patient with a goal to produce the highest quality work. I was really impressed.

Chris Gal at KG Roofing & Construction went way out of his way to help us with our hail damage and to get our repairs done quickly and smoothly. They professionally installed 4 new Velux Skylights and repaired some other roof damage. We wanted to make sure the new shingles for the repair matched the old. Chris did a wonderful job at getting them to match 100%. The crew cleaned up afterwards and we were very happy with the results.

KG Roofing and Construction did a fantastic job replacing my roof at my property in Burr Ridge. They removed 2 layers of asphalt shingles, installed a new roof, fixed two areas of rotting plywood, replaced 2 skylights, cleaned up my gutters and my property and finished in 2 and 1/2 days. The team of 4 workmen worked extremely hard every day starting at 7 am and finishing at 6 pm. The job was done on time and on budget, with no problems. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Chris, the owner was onsite everyday to ensure the job went smoothly and to answer any questions I had. Chris's bid was the most competitive of my three bids which put the icing on the cake. After the work was done, I noticed I had some label residue on one of my skylights that was impossible for me to reach. One phone call to Chris and he immediately scheduled a follow up to clean my skylight. Great price, excellent work ethic, high quality work, cleaned up my property perfectly, responsive to my needs and super customer service. I would highly recommend KG Roofing and Construction.

KG Roofing & Construction replaced our roof on 10/4/24 and did a beautiful job. Prior to installation, Chris came promptly to evaluate the roof, obtained the permit and within 2 days we had a new roof. We have hired KG Roofing and Construction to replace the roof and skylights of another house we owned and every time they have been responsive, prompt, have done a great job and have left our property clean of any debris.
