So I came to Eric with a complicated design. The first batch of shirts didn't turn out quite how I wanted (not his fault, I used them as my test run for the design). I called him up, we talked, and he made sure we got the design right where I wanted it. Like I said, he made sure I was happy. My original design was quite challenging, but he made it happen!
