We have counted on K&K for years. We rent a cabin in Shaver a few times per year and these guys have never disappointed. We always get a clean well stocked cabin and leave with nothing but smiles and great memories. Don't waste your time with any other rental companys. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. We have been coming to the cabin for 8 years now and this is the first time that we had a huge problem with mice! The dark panneled room had them crawling and chewing in the wall where the baseboard heater is. The next morning we found a that a mouse had babies in the closet after she chewed her way in from the wall! We scooped them up and relocated them to the woods down the street. The next night there were mice in the walls in the kitchen and they chewed there way into a bag of hamburger buns! We cleaned the cabinet out and from then on we kept all our food in the large plastic storage bins that we brought with us. We still heard the mice in the walls even through we removed the food. In the living room we had frogs and lizards coming out of the brick by the fireplace! This happened every day. We just scooped them up and relocated them. We were there for 6 days and we called to have the trash taken out and no one ever came! We ended up having a huge problem with racoons! Thank goodness a store keeper in town heard our problem and allowed us to put our trash in their dumpster. The main toilet was dirty when we showed up and I had to ckean it before my kids used it and the one bedroom had dirty sheets that I had to was before my kid could sleep in that bed. We are clean people and thank goodness we brought extra toilet paper and dish washer pods because there were not enough for tje six days that we were there. Please guys get an exterminator to this cabin and repair whatever holes and areas that the mice and other critters are using to get into the cabin!! We love this cabin and hate to have to go to a different place next year!

concerned here about the escalating cleaning fee's, isn't this part of renting? are these owned by airlines where soon we will be nickel dimed to the point of not using?
