I wanted to share my recent experience with Nate from Kneeland Heating and Cooling LLC. Nate was absolutely fantastic to work with. I reached out to him over the phone to explain the issues I was facing, and he was incredibly responsive, arriving at my house in less than an hour.

Nate's knowledge, efficiency, and compassion were truly remarkable. Despite my worries, he patiently walked me through the problem and provided much-needed relief. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided and will definitely be reaching out to him for all my future heating and cooling needs.

Beyond disappointed with Kneeland heating and cooling LLC.
Called them about 6 or 7 times and left numerous messages to have them come out and give me a quote on some work. On the 7th call I finally got a call back and got something scheduled for a specific time and date. And what do you know, they never showed up at the time THEY scheduled, didn't have the courtesy to give me a phone call or text to say they were either running late or won't be here. This has been the worst experience I have ever been through. These people are not reliable and will just waste your time. You would be getting zero stars if that was an option

Nate came out to our house for a simple job to just turn on our pilot light since we’re new homeowners and didn’t know much about our heating system. He did a great job explaining everything in simple terms so that we could understand exactly what to do, he was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We will be calling here for all of heating and cooling needs!

Kneeland was recommended by Spicer/Advanced heating oil to tune up and perform maintenance on my boiler. I called him and made an appointment. I was disappointed that earliest appointment was three weeks away but I accepted it

On the day of my appointment the window ETA came and went without any notice. I called Kneeland and was told that they failed to record the appointment. They said they were sorry and that I would have a new appointment within a day or two. They would call me.

I never got a call! I intend to let Spicer/Advanced that Kneeland is negatively affecting their reputation and to stop recommending them

2024: Couldn't get anyone on the phone to schedule a new appointment for my annual maintenance. After multiple attempts, I went with someone else.
2023: Service members arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Behaved and worked very professionally. Even gave me tips on how to improve my setup. A pleasure to do business with!
