Mark was an absolute professional and so empathetic towards his customers. Mark was very personable as well. My previous living space was making me sick, and I didn’t know why. Mark took an air sample and was able to identify many allergens that I was allergic to. His report was so thorough and professional. You won’t regret hiring him!

I got in a situation that needed an urgent lead testing on a Saturday. I called a few other testing companies and they all said they will be there on Monday. Marc went above & beyond to check our home for moisture and mold, and delivered the report to us quickly. Additionally, we had trouble getting our landlords to follow through on paying for the test (as they agreed to do) and he was more than gracious with us as we got it sorted out! Marc is an awesome guy who is easy to work with and genuinely cares about his customers’ well being. I called around to every environmentalist in the area and Marc gave me the most reasonable quote and also was the friendliest and most forthcoming of everyone I spoke with.
