My Mechanic of 12 plus years just recently retired. I have been searching for a local mechanic for the past few months and I believe i have finally found a place. I had reached out to Knorr's after i got a nail in my tire. They were very friendly and despite being a new customer, they made adjustments for me so i can have my car towed their and the tire fixed. They were quick to fix it and get it back to me. About 2 weeks later, in my other car, i had a check engine light come on. I stopped by there to make an appointment. He immediately came out to check the car and said, its all good, the service light just came on after you changed the oil. He then proceeded to fix my dash and was able to put my hazard button back in its place. They were great, provided excellent customer service, and were very knowledgeable. Because of these experiences, i now feel very confident in bringing my cars to Knorr's. Their great customer and knowledge, made me a client of theirs. Thanks Knorr's!!!!!!!

The only place our personal and company vehicles will go for maintenance and service! I've always had a hard time trusting maintenance shops I've experienced issues with others in the past. NO longer is that the case. 🙂Sofia is always so pleasant and friendly, she calls right away with options that have a way to meet our financial needs while maintaining our vehicle safety. Chris and his team are thorough in their inspections at drop off, explaining the issues and solutions before work is completed. They provide a list by priority if multiple items need addressed. There's no where else we'd rather go!

My tire had a blowout right in front of Knorr's so I pulled in. Sophia at the counter was very nice and the two mechanics that helped had me back on the road in no time. The prompt and friendly service was greatly appreciated, especially since that was my second flat this morning!

Knorrs car care center is one of the most honest and caring businesses around. I’ve had multiple issues with a car that I’ve had for many years. They even helped me when I wasn’t financially in the best place at the time. They are family owned and understand that these are hard times and try to help in anyway. I had a major oil leak on my work van. The owner was very nice and pretty quick at getting me back on the road. Will use them again as I do have more work that's needs done.
