Came in looking for more storage on my daughter’s laptop. I wasn’t sure what I needed but the person was very helpful and pleasant. The WD 1T hard drive was competitively priced and in stock. This place is great!

Took my desktop in, received a phone call the next day totally fixed the issues!! Thankfully it wasn't a hard fix. No charge for thr service, and very friendly staff. Even Claudia the owner kept in contact with me. Highly recommend this place for all your tech needs.

Konocti Computer in Lakeport, CA. is a compact powerhouse, not a cavernous big box store! Claudia and her staff run a tight ship: knowledgable, congenial, resourceful and always up for the challenge of helping us maintain our needed tech devices. You know how emotional we are about our smart phones, tablets and laptops!! I admire Konocti Computer's ability to juggle the myriad details of tech devices. I got a good refurbished laptop from Claudia in Summer 2020 for a good price and it has served my modest computer needs. Other helps were there as well.
Tech always has its complexity but I truly appreciate the street smart and
congenial folks at Konocti Computer. Bring your sincere questions and give them a try.

Friendly staff and clean environment. I can only give 3 stars, because they were unable to fix my cracked screen on my cell. I waited a few days thinking they could but could not. They do have a way you can chat and ask questions and seems like someone is always on the other side wait to answer you.
