The company failed to do what was needed (essentially anything). The "engineer" that arrived on the job site was rude and discourteous. I couldn't tell you his name. He never properly introduced himself, nor did he appear to want to communicate with me. I felt like I was talking to myself. He took a few measurements and left. I was left in awe. Upon using another engineering firm, and from their professional attitude and their simple suggestion as to how to correct the issue, I realized, I just gave this company my money for doing nothing!
Unfortunately, this is not my first experience, and I have to question if my features were a factor in how disrespectfully I was treated and the explanation for the unethical service I received. Furthermore, it’s easy to say "no" rather than make a conscious effort to do what you advertise, as I assumed a reputable company for a customer. I was such a non-factor to these people that they didn't bother providing me with an invoice for my payment. I've had to contact them a couple of times regarding an invoice for my payment.
Would I recommend them to my friends and family? NO! As for anyone else, from the positive reviews, it’s apparent that they are capable of delivering quality customer service. Nevertheless, I wasn’t the recipient of any decent service. I’d like to keep hoping that this company’s business practices don’t include any sort of immorality. Do Better! e.g., becoming a member of BBB! In service for nearly 35 years, you should know better.
I believe I deserve a refund!
