We had the pleasure of using Kosher Bagel Cove for catering our son bar mitzvah breakfast and they exceeded all our expectations! The bagels were absolutely fresh, with the perfect balance of chewiness and flavor. Their selection was fantastic, offering everything from classic plain and sesame to unique flavor like the rainbow and everything bagels.
The spreads were just as impressive creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.

The presentation was beautiful and professional, and Shucki was so friendly and accommodating.

If you’re looking for bagel catering that’s fresh, delicious, and stress-free, I can’t recommend Kosher Bagel Cove enough. We will definitely be using them again for future events!

I didn't realize at first that they even sold pizza but it was pretty good. The customer service did leave a lot to be desired as I saw in some other reviews. It really is amazing how much just smiling and being friendly can change a customer's entire experience. Please make a better customer service effort. Just start with smiling and saying hello.

Visited from out of town last week; had a good everything bagel w some herby flavors my boyfriend liked. Had my first ever rainbow bagel and it was delicious and a treat!

We love Bagel Cove at Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center! The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is top notch. We order from them very frequently and they (very generously) cosponsored a delicious lunch for our first annual Game Day on Tuesday. Go in and ask for Shuki, he will take great care of you! The only reason I’m not giving 1 out of 5 stars, is the food quality. Good bagels.
Besides that, the experience was unsatisfactory. The owner has claimed in replies to other reviews, that they’re implementing a new training program for the staff to be more friendly and personable.
Frankly, I don’t even care if they’re friendly… I just prefer that they don’t seem annoyed that I decided to come in and order a bagel. Which is what happened this morning.
So yes, the customer service is pretty bad, if the staff seems annoyed when you politely order food.
That can be changed.
As for the prices, I understand that my review probably won’t do anything to change things, besides warn new customers, but it’s like $6 per bagel. I laughed out loud when they read me the price, it costed me $17 for 2 bagels and a Soda.

Big Foot

This is the worst place, There is a guy probably in his 40s or 50s working at the cash register With very light colored eyes, I didn’t get his name because he doesn’t have a name tag. Anyways, I was there to pick up an order and he just happened to be the most rudest person I’ve encountered. He got mad when I told him don’t touch my phone because he’s wearing gloves with food particles, and sauces, I could confirm the order without him touching my phone. Maybe if he had some manners, he would have let me confirm the order without touching my phone which I clearly showed him what the order was. He decided to keep running his mouth about him, not touching my phone, At this point, I was annoyed by the fact that you were trying to prove your point when you should just be quiet hand me the order because it was confirmed as picked up go back to doing your job and get paid minimum wage to nothing. But I was not as rude as him so I told him nothing. I understand you may have a bad day, but that does not make it right to take it out on someone else take it out on the person that ruined your day.

Bagels were excellent. Service? Not their strong suit. Lots of people so food is good. But service is slooooollwwww! Be prepared to wait a while - even for takeout.

We had bagel and fixings delivered to the house. The delivery was early and contained exactly what we ordered. The food itself was delish.
