Recently, I hired this company to clean a living room area carpet prior to moving in. The process of getting the workers to the condo was an easy process without requiring any deposit or down payment.
The workers were very polite and arrived on time. They worked very quickly, in fact, completed their work within an hour. The problem with that speed was that they did not take the time to slowly extract the dirt from the carpet. In fact, even worse, they drew up stains that were underneath the carpet which left the discoloration up on the top of the carpet where it was more visible.
Unfortunately, they left the carpet just like that with new stains in it.
I also opted for the stain protection plan, which was approximately $100 more. Basically all it was, was one of the workers with a spray bottle unevenly distributing the spray over the carpet area. The total cost was a little less than $400.
Overall, they left me convinced that I could've done The same quality work myself, or even a better job, had I rented a carpet cleaner and carefully taken my time and done the work myself.
One final note:
When I notified the company of the terrible job they did and the fact that they constantly text messaged me asking for reviews online, the manager showed no interest at all, Nor apology for the poor business practices that I paid for. All he said was that he would take me off of his mailing list.
So please, disregard the companies response below, falsely claiming that they are concerned or interested in coming back and resolving their poor service. No, such thing was offered when I called them.

When I sent a text to ask when my chair would be ready, the response was that it WAS already finished.
When I picked it up, the chair was wrapped. The employee told me he would bring it out to my vehicle. When I arrived home I realized:
1. He never gave me a receipt
2. Stains were still on the chair.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I’ve heard wonderful things about your company. But unfortunately I was not impressed.

I would have appreciated an explanation of what was done to try and remove the stain and any suggestions for another option.

If you are looking to have your rugs cleaned this is where you want to go. I’ve been using this company for many years and I’ve always been happy. Lately I’ve been having them come in, pick up my area rugs, take them to be cleaned and then bring them back to my home. It’s a wonderful service and their guys are so polite and helpful. I trust them and use them every year.

Fast, professional service at a great price. We were so impressed by these guys, especially in comparison to another local rug company we had used a few years ago. They were upfront with the rates, easy to work with, and flexible about scheduling. Only note is there’s an extra charge to move furniture, but my SO was fine to move our couch himself & then they gave us styrofoam feet to protect the carpet while it dried. It also dried fast!

We needed our very large bedroom rug cleaned, and from the time I made the call to the time it was back in its place, only two weeks had passed! The rug was picked up from our upstairs, and delivered back up to our bedroom. It looks fantastic, and the price was actually really reasonable!! So happy to have found Koshgarian —I’d highly recommend them, and I will definite use them again.
