I highly recommend K-Ray Construction to my friends and family because Kolby truly understands customer service and quality. Throughout the design process, quoting, and construction, Kolby has demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the trades and made the process easy for us. This was the first time my wife and I hired a contractor to do a major renovation. We hired K-Ray because they were recommended to us. We hired them to replace our kitchen cabinets, electrical, plumbing, doors/windows, flooring, etc. The whole K-Ray team was very friendly and communicative throughout construction. The team even pivoted during the middle of the project to address a major in leak in another part of my house. I really appreciated them for being so quick to respond and accommodating. We are so happy with the end result and our kitchen is gorgeous!

K-Ray Construction surpassed our expectations with our Master Bath remodel. They were very respectful of our home making sure to clean up at the end of each day; actually vacuuming behind themselves out the door. Kolby was easy to communicate with and responsive with professional input. From the plans to the finished project Kolby and his crew added their experience and ideas to create a beautiful bathroom. Kolby did a masterful job of coordinating all the moving parts of our project to keep our total timeline within our expectation. We would highly recommend K-Ray Construction for any project. As an aside, we appreciated the positive energy the crew brought into our home. The camaraderie of the crew made for some “happy noise” in the house.

K-Ray constitution just completed our total remodel inside and out.During this process we’ve met some of the best men in their trade.Every sub that was involved in this process was reliable, respectful and professional. K-Ray was the 4th contractor we interviewed, first 3 had generic, cookie cutter ideas.K-Ray thought outside of the box and met our expectation. After this project was finished we realized K-Ray construction is a one stop shop. Our home is on K-Ray construction website. Absolutely Amazing
K-Ray construction completed an extensive remodel for us both inside and out. We could not be more impressed with the owner Kolby and his crew. There are professional, reliable, honest, and paid attention to every detail of the process. It is refreshing to partnership with a contractor that takes pride in his work, and communicates well with his clients.
Not only were we impressed with K-Ray construction, but every sub-contractor in his network has the same caliber of professionalism and work ethic.
We would highly recommend K-Ray construction. If fact, we have already done so to our friends and family and they have been equally impressed with their work. We love our remodeled home and we cannot thank Kolby and his crew enough for all they did to make it a smooth, painless process with better than we ever expected results.
