I am from Fort Smith and in Blytheville visiting my sister. I purchased some batteries from local Kroger store. I could not find them when I got home. I returned to store and an employee by name of Terry was so helpful. She is an outstanding employee.

Basically the only one in there this morning, just after 9am, on Wednesday March 6th, 2024. Keinarah was the only one to greet me. She was super nice and very helpful. Plant dept., Bakery dept., and meat dept. we're not nice at all. Got everything I needed and was in and out quickly. Going to Walmart for the rest.

I just want to give a shout out to Terri at the Customer Service Desk for outstanding service! I have a special dinner, tonight, and realized I didn’t make it home with the Scallops! No need to panic bc Terri went and retrieved them and had them waiting for me in the freezer when I was able to get back there a couple of hours, later.

I will only shop at Kroger's. They send great coupons that are usually matched to your last purchase. And the digital coupons save even more money. And if you don't want to go through one by one, just grab a salespaper and scan the QR CODE and you'll be set!! The only thing I'm disappointed about is the deli being shutdown to cut sandwich meat. They still have a good selection of it but they you're stuck with sliced NO shaved! Other than that I have no complaints.
