Ishmail was so pleasant to work with. He was able to test our house for asbestos and lead. Not only a lovely person, he was also very knowledgeable about all the protocols and procedures.

Not only did he address the issue at hand, but he also provided a lot of great advice with deep insight.
He showed us exactly what the problems were and explained everything thoroughly and logically, so we learned a lot.

The company was great with communication and very helpful in explaining what their sampling system was. They also gave me results next day for a great price. It really felt like they cared about the stress that came along with the the flooding and reconstruction of my house.

The company charges a LOT of money for an assessment of a property. In our case it was to see if our roof had asbestos. the technicians that were here to check our roof were here--at longest--20 minutes. The charge for this service was well over $500. The explanation for why this should cost so very much money was never made clear. It is simply a LOT of money

Yet... After we were given the company's report--that we had no asbestos--the company sent back a technician, again, to re-inspect the roof. The reason for this, also, was not made clear to me--and I did ask, repeatedly... LY Corp did not, to their credit, charge me yet more for that second roof assessment. But it seems, for $500.00, that the company should be able to do this in one visit, and then be done with the job...

Unfortunately, if you need this company, you are probably forced to use their services. For that, then, they can charge whatever they wish...

I need to edit this... The company was wrong--we do have, after all, asbestos in our roof. It appears, no matter what the company charges, that they are not competent... They missed asbestos, in our case--the very thing they claim they are "specialists" in finding. To the company's credit, they did refund us our $500-plus fee that they charged. I do appreciate that. But I still feel--since they are in a position to require people to use them--that they need to improve...
