I just had the most amazing facial of my life with Anna at La Suite. As someone who has dealt with acne for years and had over 50 facials, I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to assess my skin and tailor the treatment to my needs. The entire team at La Suite was so generous and helpful before, during, and after my facial. They provided me with a step-by-step skincare plan and personalized product recommendations that I’m so excited to incorporate into my routine. I cannot recommend Anna and La Suite enough—this was truly an unparalleled experience!

I do not live close to LA Suite Skincare unfortunately, but I do order some products from them from time to time and I have aways been extremely satisfied with everything! I have even reached out to them with questions and they are extremely fast at responding, also very kind! If I lived closer I would most definitely go there in person!! Highly recommend! 👌 😊

I ordered eye gel (worth $100) and I received the wrong one (worth $58). When I emailed asking for the correct one to be mailed I was asked to mail the one I received back which I replied yes, no problem. Two months later I still haven’t received the correct eye gel and I haven’t received a response to my last 3 emails. Not a great customer experience.

-The team got back and apologized for the delay and sent the correct eye gel along with nice samples. I appreciate the effort made.

Professionalism at its best. La suite is not your average place, the staff is very knowledgeable and very well trained. I have a complex skin, very sensitive, suffering from rosecea and often flares up. Since I have been under the care of Rhea my skin never looked better. I have tried many places around Greenwich and even in NY and this is the only place that I have seen major results and improvements. Suzanne at the front desk is lovely and always very helpful. I recommended La suite to many of my friends and they were all very happy. The interior has been designed with elegant taste and the vibe is very relaxing. I would give a 6 stars if I could!

Though i could not come to lasuite in person, they set up an on line skin consultation for me with the founder/owner rhea. She knows her stuff! She spent a great deal of time chatting with me and looking at my skin (makeup free for best assessment). She recommended products that i needed and did not push or hard sell. Everything she recommended is working and really noticing a difference! At 61, needed to up the ante and this routine has done it! Her assistant Suzanne has been of great help answering my never ending questions! Highly recommend!

A little over a year ago I decided to let Rhea take over my skincare and I have essentially aged backwards. I used to visit large-chain stores with a willingness to invest in high-end products. The problem is that I never got the same opinion twice and was on a constant search for the latest and greatest. Rhea knows my unique skin trends and has tailored the perfect combination of products. I also love that I no longer have a 100-step routine. Her skincare plan is simple and effective (and the LaSuite product line is AMAZING). Rhea is the BEST! 10/10 recommend.

Hands down the best spa in the area! The facials are top notch with estheticians that know what they are doing. I started going to La Suite the months leading up to my wedding and after getting married I have continued to go back because my skin has never looked so amazing.
