I had a cracked windshield on my rover. I called the service dept to get in for a replacement. They ordered the windshield in 2 days and got me and fixed it the same day the windshield was in stock. Ruby, at the service dept was extremely helpful. She arranged a loaner for me and made sure my car was washed at pick up. She was able to get a service scheduled at the same time because I had a road trip coming up in 2 days. Hinsdale rover service dept and especially Ruby made the process painless. Thank you.

Thank you to the service advisor Raul for your time and patience you gave to me and my wife.
When I dropped off my vehicle for service I was immediately greeted by Raul. He went through all the information thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns.
He also had a loaner ready for me and my family.
I was so overwhelmed before I got there. When I left, I knew I left my vehicle in good hands.
When I picked up my vehicle, Raul once again went through and explained all the service that was done. I wanted to extend my gratitude also to the person that worked on my vehicle, his name is Freddy what a great job!! My Range Rover drives like its brand new, and most importantly the safety of my family comes first.
Thank you for making me feel and know that my vehicle is safe and secure. Anytime you need service, I recommend you see Raul. He will make you feel like your family.

I have driven Jaguars for decades.
In early December I brought my car in with an engine issue. In early January I received the vehicle back, along with an invoice for service performed . After driving less than 10 miles, the vehicle needed a tow back to the dealership. The mechanics on site could not properly diagnose the problem. Jaguar Support was called, but, despite my concerns, two more months passed before someone one from Jaguar Support. actually appeared at the dealership . His diagnosis was completely different from what was previously reported. Thereafter the car was finally repaired with another invoice issued.
I asked why there was a three month delay before Jaguar Support examined the car. I was told Jaguar protocol was followed . If what I experienced was Jaguar protocol, it is no wonder that that Consumer Reports in 2024 now ranks Jaguar and Land Rover among the five bottom brands.

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of the length of time it took to get my vehicle back - two months! But, I am very, very satisfied with Geoff, the service manager, at Hinsdale LR. He took over after someone else, so the length of time wasn’t Geoff’s fault. He got the job done. Alas. Hinsdale Land Rover is about the ONLY LR dealership I’m willing to deal with, they have been very responsive, something I truly appreciate. But, beware, not all LR dealerships are created equal!
