Terrible use of land. Look at that parking lot. You could build a whole new downtown or European city on that lot. I believe in potential we can do better.

Experience a typical adventure dealing with a bloated, oversized , government beurocracy. The people i dealt with were pretty friendly however, But hey, government pensions paid with our tax dollars should make any one friendly.

I personally had a great experience visiting this office in the old Charlotte Law building off Wilkinson. Annesia helped me work through a neighbor complaint and went above and beyond to resolve the issue right then and there! After a building inspector deemed my project a non-issue, she closed the loop with the zoning inspector and I walked out with my complaint closed.
