I haven't personally purchased property from LandCo, but I know a few people who have. Every single report I have received is that John and his crew are second to none in property sales. Selling property is one thing, but having the background knowledge and history on a property and other properties in the area is a level of expertise to expect here. Not all land is the same and these boys know how to differentiate. Some land brings revenue. Some land is purchased for investment purposes. Some land is bought for recreational purposes. John, can always speak to the quality of hunting in a given area, and he has a tremendous network of hunters to gain further insight to properties. Also, his experience with land services make LandCo a great resource for how you could potentially improve a tract to get what you are looking for, this ability broadens my search to properties that otherwise I might have overlooked. Also, for a non-resident like me, knowing that you have some boots nearby to spray a food plot or clear your trails makes working with John a no-brainer.

I cannot speak highly enough of John, and I look forward to the first Fall on my farm, made possible by John O’Reilly and LandCo.
