This community is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s so peaceful, I love it! I am new to the community but from my experience thus far Tabitha and Melissa are both great. Melissa worked very hard with me to get my place. She was very welcoming when I got to the community and explained everything thoroughly! Tabitha also greeted me with a smile and communicated well throughout my process. I have to say just walking through here you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining their property. It is very clean, quiet and well groomed! The apartments are a great size and the amenities are top tier! It took me months to find a nice place that I would feel comfortable living with my daughters and I believe this was a great choice. I really see an amazing future with the landings.

I am transferred with my job often, so I have a number of places to compare. This is, by far, the best place I have lived in quite a long time. The decks are spacious and are wonderful to relax after a hard day. The apartment is nicely laid out and fits my needs perfectly.

The staff is fantastic. They helped me find my way around the area, find a vet for my miniature collie, and even helped me find a dentist when I REALLY needed one. Anything I have ever asked of them concerning my apartment has never been a problem. From a clogged sink, to a difficult door to unlock, they have been more than eager to solve my issue.

I am scheduled to be transferred again in about 12 months. I can only hope my next assignment has an apartment complex as great as this.

Worst management ever!! Don’t even waste your time. I lived there for 2 years and it was nice until Tabitha became the property manager. She is by far the most rude and unprofessional property manager I have ever met. There were several times where my safety was at risk and nobody did anything to even try to help. They always said “they were working on it” but yet nothing changed. On top of that, the appliances are old/need repairs often and the maintenance team doesn’t know what they are doing. The apartments are way overpriced for the quality you are getting. Do not recommend.

My Fiancee and I lived at the Landings for 2 years and had a great experience, everything from start to finish was excellent. The building and property where kept clean and when ever the apartment had any issues there service team jumped on it and where very accommodating for any possible time issues for scheduled maintenance.

We really enjoyed having a large deck and a clean neutral apartment, but the management team in the front office where great Kelly and Rosemary had outstanding customer service and very friendly remembering details of the residents makes the living situation even better.

Being in this location was great too, unlike many apartment complex's we saw it was stand alone and felt very safe as a female I count have asked for a better place to sleep at night.

Something is off with this management. I contacted Mellisa to ask about apartment availability in May for my parents. There was a 2-bedroom apartment available 1 week ago so I made an appointment to visit the next day and she asked me to submit application and pay admin fees to take it off market, which was fair. The thing is who would just go ahead making payment without even looking at the community for once? Plus the application accessed from my phone is PDF! So I thought to process the application when I visit. When I arrived, she told me she just gave that apartment to a person who walked in and that apartment has gone 3 minutes before my arrival. I was like OK people don’t follow rules to make an appointment to get the apartment. I left my contact info and clearly said I don’t mind if it’s 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom, however, I prefer non-smoking building since my parents don’t smoke. She said to put me on wait list and she doesn’t know when the next available apartment would be released. I was fine with it and thought I should be the top one candidate for the next available one. Last Friday, I checked again. She said nothing is out. Saturday morning, I saw a 1 bedroom apartment was posted on Apartments app so I immediately sent email to ask. She finally responded until Monday morning when I was in airport for my business trip. However, she told me the price and date will be changing and she still needs to confirm it’s good for short term lease, BUT I can still process my application anytime. I was puzzled with the above 3 uncertain factors unresolved, how can she ask me to just go ahead to apply? I called back firstly telling her I can’t process application on my phone as it’s PDF, then asked her questions to clarify when she will be able to get back to me with clear answers. Then she told me there’re 9 people on the wait list before me. I was confused. How possible? I asked her on Friday and she said nothing available. Saturday morning that apartment was just released. Does it mean her supervisor took 9 other people’s applications over the weekend? She said no, those people applied back in last December! I asked if I don’t get any apartment, would my application/ admin fee be refunded? She said it may or may not be refunded. 😂 Then I requested to talk to her manager as I need to figure out their rules and process so that I can plan what to do next. Then she told me she is the manager and said she is trying to help. After I corrected her that she is not the manager, but assistant manager. She was triggered and threatened that it does me no good trying to talk over her and even tried to hop off on me. WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE? She is playing the god here. The problem is their rules and process of application is sooo UNCLEAR. The worse thing is they can’t clarify my questions and doesn’t even allow to ask those clarification questions. After seeing other residents’ comments here, I feel very concerned about this place to accommodate my parents. I am a business woman and go with logic. Things don’t make sense.

Plenty of parking spaces. Garages are optional. 1 garbage compactor and 3 recycle dumpsters for 10 buildings, 9 of them are 3 stories. Decks are great. There are fireplaces but were told by other residents not to use it. New feature: Dog Park. I don't have a dog or pet but it did quiet the early to mid-mornings from all the birds in the trees that used to be there. Also they are renovating apartments that have been just vacated from carpet to hardwood floors. New Fridge, Microwave, Oven with look-in window (about time), washer and dryer. Cabinets may be redone too. Again seems only vacated apartments only. I believe the change to hardwood was for the pet apartments as they were tired of hiring carpet cleaners every now and then because the dog peed on the carpet. Can't blame them there.

Yet another incident with this apartment maintanance staff. I had my AC broken during august summer and it took them about 6-8 weeks to fix it. During that time, my apartment became extremely hot due to hot summer weather, i became ill. Also my dog became sick and had to take it to the vet and was diagnosed with heat stroke. and it cost me $600 in vet bills. Maintanance just laughed it off and didn't take me seriously. Also they insist on only coming to fix broken appliances when you are NOT home. and they become upset when you ask them to come when you are home so i can point out what's wrong. I have no idea what they are doing in my apartment when i am not home, also suspicious why they will only come when i am not home.

This apartment complex has extremely difficult maintenance people to work with. Something as simple as fixing a broken washer takes multiple times of making excuses on why there is nothing wrong with the washer. and after coming out 3 times, it's still not fixed. 1st time they came out, they tried to blame the tenant claiming they didn't know how to use the washer. lol. Not sure what to do next but if this isnt' fixed i will have to call the BBB or my attorney. I have rights as a tenant.
