My husband and I lived in a new construction townhouse downtown St Petersburg. We had concerns about humidity and possible mold. I started experiencing symptoms of mold exposure but was overwhelmed at the process of remediation. My experience with contractors in the area had been disappointing. Rick created a thorough and scientifically backed plan. He worked with other experts and vendors as needed. He explained everything in a manner that was comprehensive and digestible. The work done by LaPierre was documented for reference. I’ve been continuing to monitor the property and the humidity levels are tightly managed. No further mold has been observed visually or on air testing. My health has improved accordingly. Most impressive LaPierre has continued to be available and answer my questions.
