Shannon and Chad were amazing to work with. Shannon was responsive and helpful. Chad arrived right on time, after calling to tell me he was on the way. He inspected the damage, then walked me through, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend this company!

Derick showed up on time, and explained everything in great detail. Being new in the asbestos testing space, Derick was extremely informative and helpful in making sure I was doing things correctly. The price was reasonable for the level of work executed and their turnaround time was extremely quick. I will be using LAQ in the future.

Luce Air Quality (LAQ) conducted tests for VOCs in our new home. My husband has lymphoma and, therefore is immune-comprised. After reading that new building materials, including paint, lumber, insulation, etc., give off VOCs, we expressed to our builder concern for the harm the VOCs could be doing to my husband's lungs, the builder took action to ease our minds. They engaged LAQ to test our air for VOCs. LAQ co-owner, Dave Luce, and Derick Fisher, Director of Field Operations, arrived on time, gathered air samples from all areas of our home and thoroughly answered all of our many questions. The LAQ team are real pros and we highly recommend them for environmental testing of homes.

This review is long overdue, but Luce was wonderful to work with. Their whole staff, from the technicians to the admins, were communicative and professional, and they took care of an air quality issue for us caused by an improperly installed whole-home dehumidifier. Troy was the professional who worked in our home and he was knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. I highly recommend them if you’re having an air quality issue in your home.
