LMUD let’s talk about the Elephant in the room ,I asked why my bill was so high they said this is the average ok so. If there is roughly 16,000 people in susanville x MY 300$ average bill that equals 5mllion dollars a month so why are you ripping your citizens off ? And this is just susanville …….

To begin with I want to say, my experience with LMUD is all positive. They have to deal with fires, difficult locations and bad weather. All of us need to understand that.

I am writing in here only to say that we need a clear, dedicated phone number by which to report emergencies after hours and on weekends and holidays.
Not all events or emergencies are outages. We know that. Today (8-8-20) I tried to report an apparent explosion in a transformer near my house. The lady I eventually got on the phone was in Tennessee. She was nice and tried to be helpful. But how long is that going to take to get action in Lassen County, California?
So, please, give us a resource for this. What if it required immediate action?

Power went out, they states HLP box failure, HLP is a power load switching unit for load's. When they couldn't fix that they blamed it on the Dixie fire.. Sounds more like a IT issues and they don't have any person who knows how to fix it.

The other power in town has a five man crew and they get power on fast than this. This place, we've been out 6 days. Food lost, animals die from overheating. Terrible. PG&E are doing it on purpose.

Literally the worst electic company in the state and that says a lot next to PGE. One minor weather inconvenience and power is out for hours or even days. Get it together LMUD.
