Love this park, sorry for no pics of the two lakes. Campgrounds are super! Especially the electric sites. Loop D is the best for camping. I sent pictures of Hogback, you can hike it, it's not bad for even new hikers. Can get windy, don't leave your awnings out

Very clean park, well maintained. Bathroom and shower are clean. But you have to pay for your shower so bring quarters. There is a small amount of distance between sites and some trees at some sites affording some privacy. Overall, very nice park. View of Spanish Peaks is amazing. Rainbow we saw this morning was an added bonus! Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Beautiful lake. The water was refreshing but not cold. Perfect for a walk in the trails or swimming with the family. Quiet. Peaceful. Easy to walk around and get there. 10$ for the parking.

Camped here with my boyfriend and our dog. It is an absolutely beautiful campsite and park! The park is huge with a lake in the center, hiking trails, and campsites. Very limited cell signal. Bathrooms are an easy walk from the campsite. We did saw a lot of wildlife including mule deers and roadrunners. Be cautious because at night, the coyotes are very loud and can be heard very close to the campsite.

Great place! Fishing was awesome, Trout, Crappie, Bluegill, Largemouth and Smallmouth, and Northern Pike. Gentlemen I spoke with had caught a 42" Tiger Muskie! Beach area on Martin lake was nice, and the outdoor showers were a nice to get cleaned off. Lake office sells worms, snacks, cold drinks and ice.

Very beautiful and peaceful. The people in the visitor’s center are super friendly and very welcoming and helpful. It’s our first stay in the Colorado state park campground and we’re very impressed with not only the beautiful views but also the very well maintained nature and amenities. Both trails are great ? We had site 102 and the view is incredible. We have a 40’ fifth wheel. The campground is very spacious and big rig friendly. Not far after the entrance there are 2 water filling stations to fill tank, very easy access.

A Beautiful place to visit. Showers, restrooms, water spigot nearby and fishing. Caught a few on worms. Only stayed for a couple of days but it was so worth it. We were even lucky enough to have a nice neighbor who offered to pickup whatever we needed from town because she was heading there and wanted to be a good neighbor. Loved the people, the peacefulness, and the lake and mountain views.
Absolutely a must stop but grab your spot fast as the slots get taken quickly.
