Do not recommend at all. Every time I come here machines are always broken and dirty the washers reek of mildew and always have gunk in the seals. The 3 broken washers are still sitting outside taking space in the parking lot which is also an eye sore. My most recent visit the machine took my money and would not let me get it back when I tried washing a load it gave me an error because the door was broken and could not lock.
The environment was loud with a bunch of guys blasting their music on speakers inside and using foul language and cussing loud making me uncomfortable this place is ghetto for Kelseyville I will not be returning again. Just go to the nice one in Lakeport.

The smelliest place. Yuck. Nasty. Dirty. I will never come back lol my clean clothes smells like mildew!!!!!, im driving to another place to wash my clothes. What a joke this place is.

It's always clean, the washers and dryers work good, I try and empty the lint traps in the dryers when the others aren't in use something to do while waiting for my clothes to be done 😅

Laundromat was clean and quiet. The washers and dryers both have an app pay option, which was nice because we were on vacation and dint have quarters
The change machine was out of order, so grab quarters before if you don't want to do the smart phone option.

For what it is and its location, it’s nice. There’s really no “large” washer or dryer for comforters etc.. seems like that way you have to use multiple washers for smaller loads.. and the washers ranger from like $4.00 - $7.00(rounded up from $3.75 and $6 and some change) the dryers are nice, stacked style and can fit a good amount but make sure you empty your pockets of all loose items and money because if you walk away, someone can pause your machine and take your floating cash — then re start your dry cycle like nothing ever happened.

The dryer take a quarter to start and it’s based on the amount you put in for you to get your dry time, there’s no set amount needed but you still probably need $6.00 or more a load to dry your clothes.. maybe about a 30-45 minute dry cycle..

Seems like it’ll cost you about 28-30 something bucks if you really go like once a month? I suggest being smart about how to go about washing everything so it’s cost effective.. just saying. Life is already expensive, sucks to pay an arm and a leg to wash clothes to not stink, but honestly — that’s everywhere so that’s no hate on the establishment.

They have laundry detergent to purchase if need be, they have oxyclean etc which is nice in case you run out, didn’t bring enough, whatever it may be.. I think the options they provide for a purchase is nice, I don’t recall the price of each item but it seems like it’s around a load of laundry to buy it.. so take that however you want.. in a pinch is nice but maybe be prepared with your own detergents.

The floors are filthy and it looks like they don’t have anyone that does a weekly sweep, vacuum, and mop of the place — so beware of dropping loose items when transferring to the dryer.. you won’t want to consider the article of clothes clean after it falls to the floor.

Some of the people that come in to wash their clothes are aggressive about what machines they want and will push past you to get to them… and they’ll rudely park right next to the door in weird angles so you have to awkwardly walk around their cars with your own laundry baskets trying to not hit their cars, because they couldn’t just park in a parking spot like a regular person would.. literally anywhere else. And no they aren’t handicap or it wouldn’t be an issue that people are doing that.

There’s a random tv in the back room that looks like it’s meant for only the staff behind a counter.. it plays the whole time with an inability to watch it.. so ya know, if you’re doing your entire load of laundry in a day.. bring a book, charge your phone.

If no one was there when washing your clothes it’d be SO NICE because it’s really small, and again some people can’t say excuse me and just push past you when they’re washing stuff..

And go somewhere else if you’re washing bedding, it seems like the washers can’t handle a comforter so I will be looking somewhere else when washing something like that.

All in all it’s a okay place for where it is, I wish they did better upkeep and cleaned the floors once a week(looks like they do it once a month.. yuck) but if you’re careful, the place gets the job done.

Bad experience to use the laundry room and had come couple times and the dryers don’t dry the clothes and waste time the dyer doors are broken. Also they are not fix and waste double money to wash my clothes it was better when it wasn’t remodeled also the owner doesn’t mind to do anything. Don’t recommend this place to wash or dry.
