If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. LCEC charges an astronomical price for service but can not keep the power on. We lose service multiple times a month. Customer service is nonexistent. They are stealing people's money and not keeping their equipment in working order. LCEC is a pathetic excuse for an electric company.

This company threatens to cut my service off every month. My bill can be due today and they threaten to cut the service off tomorrow. The property is vacant. Give me a chance to get the bill. Damn!!!

Definitely do not like this company. I made a late payment witch the rep said before 4pm my lights will come on same day I waited hours called them back complaining of what the rep had told me before and how long until the power comes bac on.. this rep then told me tomorrow... I let that rep know my last conversation with the previous rep how I communicated I needed the payment to be instant I can't go without lights I have a whole family and elderly that I care for as well as kids. The lady then told me make a double payment of witch the funds I did not have.then told me that was my only option. I'm a single mother with kids and a family that I take care off going threw something called life we need some electricity companies that are for the community eco friendly and not these money hungry power company's that want to change 200 to expedite the process that you already paid for.

Today I got a visit from someone from LCEC ,and this worker accused me of doing something I didn't do. I installed solar panels ,and I waiting for the meter to be connected. This guy came to my house and told me that I turned on the panels system ,and that i was stealing electricity from LCEC. Terrible service and manners from this guy. I can't wait to get rid of the service from this company.

Only giving 3 stars… Because the customer care agent, she was very sweet and kind! Walked me through everything with setting up my lights in my new home. Hopefully in the future we continue to have good experience with this company.. Thank you Christina or Christine for being so kind!❤️

Absolute trash service, power goes off in the middle of a clear day. Have never had such bad power services. It's been like this for years, no improvement.

Literally worst customer service , worst service . I wouldn't even give one star . They over charge us and the power usage we apparently are using makes no sense. 400 dollars a month almost 500 and im not even home everyday . I paid them and it took them 4 hours to turn my power back on . Literally if I could switch to another company I would but it's the only place that gets power to where I live . Horrible horrible horrible service.

Such a horrible website and UI design, the payment system is atrocious and should be discarded. It’s 2023 and this garbage company has a payment system from 2001. There is nothing positive to be said about this company just look at their reviews. 0/5 stars you don’t deserve a star.
