This card in my hand will go on the Fridge. After a week dealing with another plumber off of Angie’s list a leak occurred. All they did was substitute one leak for another. 3 days of waiting was enough. I called LCI plumbing at 9:30 this morning. 12:30 a fellow showed up. This was after 2 texts and a call saying he was on his way. 45 minutes later he was done. Beautiful job. Made sure I was happy with every step. In today’s world this is a company that you can trust and feel comfortable paying. An example of what customer service should be!!!!!

Hunter did a great job installing my new tankless water heater! He exceeded all of my expectations. Hunter was very kind and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. Even left the area he was working cleaner than when he started. Definitely nothing but 5 star service from LCI PLUMBING!

Austin was my Plummer and he came out and did a great job setting up my whole house filter. Very quick. Price seemed great too compared to other companies. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this company for your repair needs! They sent a technician, Hunter out within 2 hours. It was a major job. Hunter fixed it temporarily until he could return the next day. He was very professional, thorough and very detailed with explaining the involvement of repair. Very impressed with Hunter and the job that he did!!

Came out next day but were two hours later than the window of 1-5. (Arrival at 8:10pm) They did call and still come to which I'm extremely happy as we needed an entire 40g water heater replacement.

Were unable to add the drip pan because our space was to small and didn't want to take the price of it off until I asked four times. But we did get $50 taken off.
Total cost was $200 cheaper than next highest amount. It took them about an hour and a half.

If they had dropped the piece for not installing something included in the price I would give 5 stars but that felt a little wrong to me.

All in all I would 100% recommend this company.

LCI was the only plumbing company I called that give me a quote over the phone, after I bought my own toilet from Lowe’s. They gave me a fair price and even came the same day to install it. It cost 30 bucks to take the old toilet away with all the new boxing, which was well worth it. The two representatives wore booties as not to track up my house and we’re very professional. I’m a first responder my time is valuable. They did a great job and I’m calling them again for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend LCI plumbing.

Had a problem with my well system on Saturday afternoon. After trying to fix it for a while, finally called a plumber. LCI came to the rescue with their quick response, within 10 minutes a tech called me. Initially, I was not impressed by this company, at least not the tech that came out. I left a negative review here. However, the very first thing on Monday morning, the owner, Chris called me to apologize and make things right. They were a couple of dollars more for a tech to come out than the other big name companies, but I’m very glad I chose to use them. No other big name company would have taken the time to even look at my review, much less contact me to make things right. Chris is a huge asset to a very honest company. Will call again if I have a problem.
