What drew me to Le Village was the ability to be able to breastfeed throughout my workday without pumping.
What has kept us at LV, now that I'm no longer breastfeeding, is the community we've built with the other families at lunch time every day.
It's a unique and special model to get to work remotely AND spend lunch with your kid everyday AND have excellent teachers providing care and robust curriculum during the rest of the work day.
I love that we know and trust the staff and that they totally work with us with however we want to feed, comfort, diaper, and potty train our kids.
There are some challenges with needing to be on-site every day, but the community of parents are always willing to tag in for a parent to step out for a couple hours and we've even seen parents send a grandparent in for the day in a pinch.
This model only works for parents who have the ability to work remotely, but my company has been willing to work with me on this, particularly as an accommodation for breastfeeding.
I'd recommend Le Village to anyone who wants to go back to work, but can't bare the thought of parting with their kid for the whole day. It's a really special place!

Le Village is an amazing community, space, essential thing that should be in every community. My family joined Le Village and had a great time getting to be full time remote workers and also get to be hands on parents along side a group of lovely dedicated parents and teachers. This place is so so smart. The teachers are so loving and dedicated to the kids. I creativity they bring to every single day blew me away. And from day one the office environment was respectful and cooperative. What a great group of people.

Our 2 year old has been at Le Village Cowork for a little more than a year and our 4 year old is at the sibling school (Le Village Learners) down the road. This is a unique model and we love it! The teachers are wonderful, as is the community. I really value getting to have a personal relationship with the people who care for my children and casual conversation/friendship with the parents of the other kids. As a co-working space, it's clean and comfortable. Also, it's a very queer-friendly space, which is important to us.

The moment I walked into Le Village and felt its friendly, comforting atmosphere, I knew I wanted to be a part of it.

Having rejoined the work force with a 6 month old (who was still nursing), I felt anxiety about juggling the demands of being a working parent while still spending time with my daughter.

Le Village has created a space where I feel productive during work hours, and connected during my breaks. I still nurse my (now 9.5 month old) daughter in the common area, play with her during lunch breaks, and feel a tremendous sense of relief when I'm working & she's in the Wiggler's room playing with her teachers/friends.

Working alongside like-minded, creative Moms & Dads inspires me and I owe so much to this incredible community. I am so grateful for Le Village.

My daughter started at Le Village Cowork when she was 18 months old and soon will be heading to Le Village Learners (Pre-k 3). All the teachers are amazing, and it's great to be part of a community of families. Coworking with daycare is a wonderful opportunity to have space for work and still have your kiddo nearby.

A coworking space with a daycare is somehow still a novel idea, but is such a great asset in this day and age. We've made friends with so many parents, and our kid loves his teachers and friends. Getting to spend lunch with your kid is a big plus for me as well.

We hosted our baby's 1-year birthday party here and had an amazing experience! We loved that there was lounge space for grandparents and friends without children, plus plenty of play space for our friends with kids, in addition to high chairs and changing tables. We received so many compliments on the choice of venue. Le Village was easy to work with, setting up a tour with us beforehand and allowing us to bring in food and decorate how we wanted, and very professional and responsive as well. Can't recommend them enough!

We all know finding the right childcare solution is hard to find these days! I think the best fit for Le Village is if you are a working parent looking for part-time care with kids under 3. This is not a traditional daycare however, a parent has to be on site (with the exception of finding another parent to cover you for an hour or two) for your child to attend. As a parent, you have to work among other parents which can be really lovely &communal or it can be tough if people are distracting or work a very different type of job than you. We were only here for a few months and I cannot say enough positive things about the teachers. They truly loved my kid and were so respectful to me as a parent. I loved the lesson plans, art projects, knowing each of the kids in her room and felt like my daughter learned a great deal in a very short period of time. We now do a soccer class with some of her buddies we met there! It is still a newer business so I am rooting for them as they grow and evolve because the concept of Le Village is really fantastic.
