I wouldn't call Leach and Remmer’s if my life depended on it. Owners only care about money, they do not care about their employees. By calling this company, you are contributing to the problem. The owner, Jeff, also has a brand new truck that he parks there. However, no one is allowed to touch his truck and yet he claims that it is a “company truck”.

Nick responded to my call to repair a dryer vent that was not properly installed the first time. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem so I would not have to go without the use of my dryer overnight. Jeff even dropped a part by the house to keep the repair process running smoothly and quickly. They went above and beyond for me, and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend!! I have always used another company but when my air conditioner quit I decided to try Leach-Remmers Heating & Air. My air went out late on a Saturday night, when I called the technician asked a few questions to try to save me an emergency call, after determining that he was going to have to come out he gave me a time and arrived exactly when he said he would be here. (This happened to be at 11:00PM) He tried to get me up and running but the unit was beyond repair. I asked that they contact me Monday to discuss a plan and Jeff called me first thing Monday morning and came out to look at my unit and discuss a plan of action. I ended up purchasing a new air conditioner and furnace and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The level of professionalism and prompt courteous service blew me away. (The job was even done ahead of schedule!) I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend that any of my family or friends to call them for service. Thank you again to Jeff, Sonny and the rest of the crew for making a difficult situation completely painless.
