Had a big screen tv box beside my trash can because it was full & of course wouldn’t fit.. The driver didn’t pick it up. I tracked him down in my neighborhood & he said he doesn’t get out of his truck. Tried to call & got a recording. Just like most government operations, this too is a failure at the tax payers expense

What type of company does not put a due date on their bill? Then we had to tell them 3 times to send us a bill at the correct address in the first place. That is the county for you just as stupid and incompetent as ever.

They got the name on my trash bill wrong. Called their billing department 3 days in a row during their open hours, no one answered. I even called 2-3 times each day. The only way I was able to get help was to call their bulk trash pickup department. Thankfully that lady was able to walk to the billing department and get answers to my questions.

Lee county needs to reinstate the old dumpster locations. Ever since their removal, there has been more trash in the ditches than ever before. People are dumping couches, tires, and refrigerators, all over the countryside. Recently someone dumped 15 tires at the Moffit’s Mill waterfall. Since bulk trash pickup will not take tires, I personally had to load them into my truck and find an automotive shop that would take them off my hands without charging me a disposable fee.
This whole thing has been a disaster.

Forced to swap from a county dump trash system to a trash removal company, (No notice to vote on this was made publicly aware to me) then when they swapped they made it known in a letter that was delivered with the trash container that billing was to be automatically included with my property tax. Now we have to pay a bill every 3 months with no warning ahead of time with no knowledge as to why. Am I paying this on top of what my property tax paid for? Did they change their mind and make the bill separate from property tax? I wouldn't know because when I tried calling them on separate occasions no one would answer the phone. So to sum up I was swapped to a service that I don't want or asked for, being forced to pay for it, oh and half the time they don't even pick up my trash to begin with. Yesterday was the first time they hit my house in three weeks. Wish I could be removed from this terrible service.

Have talked many times-no answer. Talked with lady at animal control. She said they would bring trash can. No can so far.
How do I get in touch with anyone who can help. Am not going to pay anymore unless I get a can.

Wish someone could explain to me why I'm paying 220 dollars a year for a trash service that keeps forgetting to pick up my trash.
