My recycling wasn’t collected for 2 weeks. After the second time they didn’t take it I called and was told it would be picked up within 24-48 hours. My recycling wasn’t picked up until the next recycling pickup day 6 days later, causing me to be backloaded on recycling for 3 weeks.

This is an amazing facility. It should be a model for the rest of the nation. Waste to energy with a very small amount of ash is something to be proud of. Wish the price to drop off household/business waste was lower, but it is so easy to drop off and quick too!

I call at 5 o’clock. They say they close at six. I already got the message past closing hours.They’re done for the day. I’m trying to find out. I’ve got two weeks of no recycle as well as no yard waste picked up no messages and when they’re going to do it it just blows in the wind now

I'm sick and tired of the drivers skipping over my trash on pickup day. I continue to call everyday and get told they will re-route or come the next day, and they never have. This has happened for 3 weeks! There is 3 weeks of trash sitting on my lawn!!! and not to forget it has been raining!!!! I have purchased bins and I am waiting for them for 4 months now. I have complained politely numerous times, and there has not once been a positive result. You need to hire people who actually do their job

We are tax paying citizens and were told the waste facility would be open to 6. I have a truck load of trash and debris to be dumped only to arrive and be told it’s closed for residents and only open for the city workers. Unbelievable that the day before a storm we can’t dump our trash

You can buy a yard of good compost soil for $10. 62 cents, and is great for your plants
