Was in the market for a new place and just happen to pop in the leasing office where I was met by Nelly Gomez. I felt compelled to leave a review as l've been in the market and visited a few places which wasn't such pleasant experience. The welcome I received at the Leena Plantation and the service was second to none, Ms. Nelly Gomez was very knowledgeable about all the property had to offer and based on my needs she took me to the perfect unit. Honest review after living here for 11 months. Most of the reviews are about the leasing agents being great and thats true, but living here is very different then that initial experience with the leasing agents.
Started out good, after a few months things started to breakdown, elevators, garage, and front door that NEVER locks. All of this still hasn't been resolved and it's been months of it. They rented out most of the business center rooms, and have a beauty shop running in one of them. There's barely any rooms left to actually use for residents. Despite all that, we continued to maintain our loyalty and trust to leena as we enjoyed the staff and the environment they had created. We had a good relationship with the leasing office staff and have not given any issues. So for the following situation to arise and the manner we were treated in by Andrea is upsetting. We were trying to meet with her since Friday, unable to for 3 hours she was busy, we requested a meeting and setup an appt for 4:30pm on Monday. Monday came, 4:30 she is busy with a client and could not see us. We waited to see her for 1hr + and asked the office to call us when she is available despite having an appt with her. She calls us at 6pm, just to state she has an urgent matter at home and couldnt stick around for 10 mins to speak with us, and then 40 minutes later was still sitting in her office. It felt to us that she did not want to speak with us, and address the issue face to face. We were brushed off, disrespected of our time and lack of respect for the relationship we had with the leasing staff. If you're looking for saftey, this is not the place. Cars get broken into, front door does not lock. They'll say they are working to fix it but it's been 4 months. Truly is unfortunate because the first few months it was nice and then rapidly went downhill. Highly
Don't recommend if you're looking for saftey and security and trust in your property manager to handle situations appropriately and respectfully.

I was able to get speedy assistance with my maintenance request. I submitted a high priority request for an issue with my AC and someone stopped by to help within 30 minutes. They were able to fix the issue shortly after and provide me with tips on how to keep the system functioning well. Excellent service and attention to detail.

The process was simple and smooth. I like the way the load area is specifically located close to the elevator area for easy access. One suggestion is for the door on each floor to go to the elevator to not close so hard as it makes too much noise and you can even feel the building kind of moving and it wakes you up! Other than that very clean and great atmosphere.
