For the 3rd or 4th time in 2 months, my garbage has been sitting by the road for days. I don't put it out every week, so pick up may have been late even more often. Meanwhile, garbage piles up in my house. I know the Lentells and they are great, hard working people. I hope that whatever issues they're experiencing are resolved soon so we can get back to the great service we're used to getting from them.

Update: I now have called them well over 20 times to pick up there can because we change services and still no call back and still haven't came to pick up there cans!!! ****Warning to anyone that's looking into getting their service which they have no service**** We cancelled our service on Dec 6th 2024 because of pour service and no customer service. I have been calling for them to pick up there cans 7 times now and they have not picked them up or called me back! I know they had some losses but contact your customers and return a phone call!

They used to be very punctual on their garbage pickup schedule. But in the last year they have fallen behind by a day or two I understand there is a shortage of people plus the passing of one of the owners I believe. They deserve a lot of credit being shorthanded but they still manage to pick up the garbage possibly a day or two later than normal but if you think about it they have come at 10:30 at night to pick up my garbage at times. Those poor workers just think what they do to work that late to keep the schedule as best as they can. They have faced a lot of obstacles but they keep on coming to get the garbage no matter what time of day and they deserve a lot of credit not a lot of complaints.

To say that we’re frustrated with Lentell’s disposal is an understatement. For approximately the last year, our garbage is NEVER picked up on time. It started out being 1-2 days, which is understandable. But then it started getting to a week. And now it’s been nearly two weeks. We have 10 people in our house, so trash accumulates fast. We’ve called and left messages in the past inquiring about whether or not we could rent an extra garbage can and nobody calls us back. We leave messages inquiring about when trash will be picked up, nobody calls us back. I understand they’ve had drivers quit and trucks break down, but if they’re going to be two weeks behind schedule, the LEAST they can do is let us rent a second trash can!!!! They sure have time to send invoices for their service, but the service isn’t being delivered! We should be getting discounts, with how ridiculous this is. At this point, we’re looking into other waste management companies, but they’re all double the price and Lentell’s isn’t cheap! Lentell’s’s — DO BETTER!

We absolutely LOVE Lentell's for what used to be punctual pick ups and reasonable rates. I don't mind leaving messages or emailing them - they are a small business so that is fine. It is difficult, however, to not know when garbage will be picked up. We don't want to go elsewhere and are willing to stick it out while they find their way but we do need some sort of semi-predictable timeframe in which our bins will be picked up. Hopefully the staffing issues will be resolved soon. Until then, we'll put our bins out and see how it goes.

This company has gone down the tube's. They dont show up to pick up the trash anymore. It went from days late to no show. Stear clear of this company. We signed up last night with Stateline Disposal. They answered their phone(730pm), offered to get us cans ASAP and help us with the piles of trash Lentells hasnt picked up yet. Top notch service. The exact opposite service that Lentell provides. They don't answer their phone, don't return calls, they don't pick up the trash timely and now, at all. They had a canned message on their machine stating to be patient as they dont have drivers.. Maybe accept help from other companies if they offer Lentells, YOU'RE FIRED. I am sending a certified letter today and done with you. I need a reliable service to show up. You have left us open to association discipline/letters and fines. My advice to any and all that read this, use a different company.

Couldn't get service if I wanted it. No answer on their phone line & doesn't seem to have any other way to find out about their service 🤷‍♀️
