After 9/11, many building started to have full force of security, checking ID and so on. Not really against this safety measure, but a relaxed atmosphere does bring back some fond memories before the tragedy.

This firm recently hired me to do an investigation. Andrew Craft was the attorney. My process is to send a contract (which stipulates costs and expenses) and then get a retainer. I hardly got any information on the case and informed him that this subject lived in an area that needed pre surveillance, two investigators, and that it would be pricey. I contacted him on SEVERAL occasions. He was rude and short with me and said, “do what you gotta do”. After doing pre surveillance and conducting a full day of investigation, he informs me to stop and then two weeks later sends me a text saying bluntly…we’re done. You’ll get your balance. I mean, he’s rude and doesn’t have the patience obviously to talk to ppl he is working with. Very unprofessional and if he worked for me and talked to contractors that way…he’d definitely be looking for another job.
