If I could give zero stars I would. Melissa is very hostile and aggressive. I spoke with her last week and today and she refused to let me speak to a manager and shouldn't be allowed to work directly with customers. She then hung up on me when I said I need to still pay my bill.

Car number 10023 was driving erratically on I80 a few miles east of truckee CA. Wednesday, May 17th at approximately 4:50pm. He tried to push a red car off the road and cut off 3 other vehicles. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous.

Very difficult to pay the bill. We requested paperless billing, but have not received any emails from Liberty for 3 months. Try calling them on the phone! Nobody answers. Just automated messages.
How can a public utility have such non-existent customer service.

This company is living in the 19th century. They use a third party vendor so one can pay there bill online. They should look at a calendar and see what year it is. I own a small business, about 20 employees. and my client can pay online. OMG. Get with it or get out. I will continue to send in a check so they first manually have to open the envelope and the secondly manually take the payment and post it. The efficiency of this company is absolutely mind boggling. And this company is a Energy provider,very scary. Our country continues to go in the wrong direction, this is the 21st century. 🙁

This company *fails* at communication. At all levels. Don't be surprised if you leave them a voicemail about something and suddenly, randomly, several days to weeks later, *without as much as call*, someone is walking around your property checking things out, putting stakes up and spray painting things. I wish I had a guard dog.

I get paperless billing, and have my bill deducted from my bank account monthly. We have had outages so seldomly I can't remember the last time we had a loss of power. When the power has gone out in past, we haven't lost it for more than a few hours. The power and service is very reliable.

Just a generally inconvenient company to deal with. No convenient way to set up auto pay with current technology, couldn’t find a fax machine so it took some maneuvering to get things set up
