I recently purchased a new GMC Sierra at Lighthouse and was pleasantly surprised by my buying experience. Trevor Vaughan was my salesman and he is very knowledgeable and polite. He worked with me to get a good deal on my vehicle. I had expressed some concerns during the negotiation process and Trevor took care of those concerns. We had been looking at used cars for a few weeks and looking at different makes and models. We saw one at Lighthouse that wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but wanted to check it out in person to see if we should keep looking for this particular make and model. When we got there we were met by Phil. He brought up the car and let us take it for a test drive. The car wasn't exactly what we were looking, but was very nice. Phil asked if we had looked at the Buick Envision. We had not, so he brought a low mileage one of those up in the color we wanted and it was exactly what we were looking for. Needless to say we purchased the car. The car buying experience was excellent at Lighthouse. Phil was great to work with and the people there are so friendly. There was no pressure as they wanted to make sure we were getting the car we wanted. The business manager Jon was also great to work with. Explained things well and made the purchase experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse for anyone looking for a vehicle. They have a big inventory of new and used cars.

This is probably the best dealership experience I've ever had. Everyone working there is very professional and friendly. Trevor was able to answer any and all questions I had. When I left I didn't feel like I got ripped off. They don't try to pressure you into buying all the extras other dealerships do. This dealership was almost 3 hours from me, but if I'm ever in the market for another GMC or Buick I would definitely make the drive down there again.

I was in an accident and my 2018 Acadia was totaled. I absolutely loved this car and was not ready for a new car!! Absolutely wonderful experience. Even through an issue that lead to us buying a different car than we initially planned Dan displayed a world class level of integrity and transparency through the process. The gentleman we worked with in the finance office was extremely polite and relatable and not pushy at all when offering additional products before we finalized the purchase agreement. Dealer is clean and you can tell it's kept by people who actually care about the business they run. I can't report on the service department just get but for sales, Id recommend lighthouse to anyone.
