This ministry has always helped many, many people in Central Florida. 5 * good people. The best. I love ❤️ that they have a women and children section and housing for them. Their need is always greater because of possible abuse, small children in need of diapers, etc. Also teaching and dressing provided to help some get a good job.

This place is a JOKE! I had a bunch of stuff to donate. The driver came over, took one look at the items and said they smelled like cigarette smoke and refused to take any of it. 1) I haven't smoked in over five years 2) when I called I was NOT INFORMED of this policy. If I had, I would have never called. So basically I was lied to. This so called "ministry" is a JOKE and a LIE! and the people that run it are a bunch of two faced hypocrites that laughingly call themselves Christians. I will NEVER have ANYTHING good to say about them. This is the reason I left organized religion. VERY POOR AGENCY!! DO NOT USE!!!

Concentration camp of fake Christians. Yes, they do not help anyone get back on their feet. There's no program that just wants free labor to cut grass or they throw you out at 5:15 am with no place to go. They don't want to get you out of the shelter of a multi million dollar business that takes advantage of the people in need. Shame on them. I challenge anyone from a church to actually stay here and try to get a job. They make it so no one can work to get out. Total scam of a business.

We have been conducting chapel services for some time now, and have had nothing but an exceptional experience. We also try to encourage the ones to whom we are ministering, to get involved with the programs that are available. We love and are grateful
For the opportunity to share the hope that we have in our Lord and savior Jesus Christ to its residents and those in need of a hot meal and a bed for the night.

It's a ministry and it met our needs. I am ready to donate things I bought in the past back to them plus a whole bedroom suite and couch and love seat. I hope it will help someone else. I cannot sell large items in a yard sale like I used to. It's better to give than receive. God always came through even in uncertain days like we are in now. God richly bless you all.

This place is a scam, they're not there to help anyone. The only thing they are concerned about is getting their $7.50 per night. If you have any form of disability they won't even allow you to stay even if you are taking the medication prescribed by a doctor. This place is not a ministry but a greedy business. A wolf in sheep's clothing if you will.

I believe they are a great organization and have been donating goods for several years. I usually bring a small truckload. Today I went to bring stuff and the drop off area in downtown Lakeland is so small and congested. I asked the lady if I could park next to the loading dock to unload the stuff I had for them. She told me I would have to park on the other side of the building. I could not carry that stuff all the way around the building. I liked the other drop off area better it was no muss no fuss. Will not be going back to donate. sorry 🙁
