Front office staff are always very courteous, friendly and professional. Answer questions and help with scheduling very well. We've come here for years for school vaccines and flu vaccines and have never had any negative experiences!

went there three times. hate needles but thst wasnt my biggest problems. i had three cavities. and they weren’t that bad. couldve gotten two of them done in one appointment. they got one done in 20 minutes and my appointment time was an hour so they could have. that was one irriothing. they also kept switching up the person that worked with me. which is even more annoying. and the last time i went i had to get my biggest of the three done. they numbed me, and did sealants on the side the cavity wasnt on. then they didnt even wait long enough for the numbing ro have kicked in on my mouth. and they didnt even test to see if i could feel it. as soon as i felt the drill hit something on the inside of my tooth i slammed my hand down and told them i felt it but they weren’t going to give me more anesthetic and that i was leaving. they gave me a temp filling and i left. im not going back and i dont recommend anyone else goes either

Gone there for years. Everything was fine, but today I got turned away when I went for my scheduled appointment. I can see that they have Changed their staff at the dental assistant desk. The previous staff were much more kind and mature. I am disappointed by today's events. I hope there will be more kind people in the dental department in the near future.

I had a very big cavity 🦷 on a molar that was an old filling finally going bad. It was a very big job - and too big of a job for the random dentist assigned to do it.

I might have been nervous when I went in there, but I got chatty with the dental assistant — who then got chatty with the female dentist (/ temporary colleague?). Then the two of them were chatting it up like no tomorrow while the dentist was working on a MAJOR cavity.

When the dentist got to point of telling me to “bite” in order to pack the cavity, she kept packing it and packing it and packing it. She motherf’n OVERPACKED MY TOOTH!

Now my bite is REALLY SCREWED UP, and I can tell it’s been BOTCHED! So then I make the same mistake (by going back to this place) to see what they can do a couple of times trying to get it straightened out. The last time I went in some guy took some grinding thing and ran it ROUGHSHOD over that whole side of my mouth trying to smooth it out! It was like something out of a bizarre comedic horror show.

Now, I call these guys “tooth pullers” at best - and having now read an earlier complaint - would be reluctant to let them do even that.

You’ll never see the same dentist twice.

Being able to get in there to see them so fast should be an obvious red flag 🚩

I’ve never sued anyone before and don’t plan too, but now a GOOD dentist is giving it to me straight. He and his assistant said YOU CAN’T FIX AN OVERPACKED TOOTH 🦷. Now, they are saying I have to see a specialist to see if it’s salvageable.

They say it’s most likely cracked at this point.

I have no idea who they have working as dentists in this place. It’s strange you never see the same one twice. It seems like they might be dentists on probation or something. They sure seem to be to me.

Stay far away from this place and look for a dentist with a good online reputation.

You can’t make this stuff up.

The dental clinic staff were just plain CRUEL to me. They made me an appointment, I made the trip there, and spent 20 minutes filling out the paperwork. They actually took me back into a room. The lady looked at the condition of my mouth and than REFUSED to treat me just because I don’t live in Lancaster County. Ridiculous. Cruel.

For WIC, they have always been very friendly and helpful. The private rooms you meet in have children's toys to distract them, and they seem to really care about you as a person even when they are crazy busy with two employees out sick.
I went for dental two times and will not go back if I can help it. They give dental-students the practice they need, and some of them have not learned proper "bedside" manners. The first time I had great people working on me. The second time I felt like I had two gossipy teenagers who were talking bad about the people (including me) that came there to have their teeth worked on.
If you have a bad experience, please let then know so they can correct their behavior before they go out into their own practice and destroy their reputation. Negative feedback is actually more helpful as a student so they know where they need to improve.

My wife went here for dental last week. They refer her to Dentistry college and they say they will send the referral, I give them 3-4 days then called Dentistry College today to make an appointment for her, I won't send the referral unless you go back and call the LLCHD again. They did the same thing with my daughter they did not send the referral to the Dentistry College and I had to call them again.
