I have to say, Livco gave us the house we dreamed of - that’s both functional
and beautiful , that really feels like it’s our home now, and that meets our needs and personality. Plus, they made the whole process not only survivable, but enjoyable. Every step along the way for this HUGE project with so many layers and moving parts, the team at Livco made us comfortable, or didn’t proceed with something until we felt comfortable!

A (basically) whole house remodel is not an inexpensive undertaking, so it was important to us that decisions were thoughtful and attention to detail was thorough- we met with the team for initial intros and scope, got the coolest full scan of the house, then got the fun started with concept design. By really listening to our needs and getting to know our personalities - even those initial renderings weren’t super far off! Although, if you would have asked me on day 1 what I thought about MOVING the staircase - I would have said YOU’RE NUTS! But today after all is said and done and we have been back living in the house for about 5 months- I couldn’t imagine it any other way.

I feel the way Livco is set up end to end - the team gets to know you and you look forward to catching up each week! they handled curve balls (oh the water issues our lovely 70+ year old home gifted us! )- and ensured things got fixed and taken care of before moving to the next phase/task. I can tell they take pride in their work, and I am glad they don’t just ditch you when it’s all said and done , remaining available for all our follow up questions or any concerns that come up!

To say we've been impressed by the work of LivCo is an understatement. After meeting with almost a dozen architects and design-build firms, after the first call with Dave, we knew we had found our partner. His design-forward approach coupled with his amazing project management team (hi, Scott!), made the experience from start to finish an enjoyable one. While there were certainly some unexpected surprises along the way, nothing even remotely close to what Liv could handle. For someone who's admittedly very difficult to please (as my dear husband can attest), I can't rave about my experience enough.

Working with LivCo (specifically Dave and Russ) was such a great experience. They are both very talented and knowledgeable in translating your ideas to reality.
Sometimes we knew what we wanted and Dave and Russ would tell us whether it would work or not. Other times we looked to them for ideas and they helped us to come up with a home that truly felt like it was ours.
They were very organized and transparent throughout and the communication was great. We always felt like we were in the loop as much as we wanted to be, without the headache of being responsible for making it happen. And they were always very budget conscious ... allowing us to customize as much or as little as we wanted and could afford.
I would love to work with LivCo again as the overall experience was great.
