I came to Live Wellness in April with the intentions of clearing up some health issues and having better health and losing weight. And now I feel much better! I have clarity of mind and no fogginess in my brain.

Also my digestive issues have cleared up and are much better and I am now not on a medication for that, so that was a big plus for me and that was what one of my perogatives was to get off of some medication. So I am off one medication. I wake up easier in the morning I am not as slow to get moving and get going. I don't even need my coffee in the morning.

Furthermore, at the beginning of the year I had a CT scan of my lungs which showed four nodules. So the doctor wanted to do another scan in four months to monitor. That was also when I started my health program. So then four months later we re-did the CT scan and the doctor was baffled and beside himself- he said I don't know what happened but the nodules have disappeared and are no longer there. I was thrilled!

I give that credit to this program and I can't say enough about how they’ve really helped me and have really felt me feel much better all the way around.

I can’t thank enough Dr.Krista, Dr.Adams and Dr. Riley. first when I reached out to them I was very confused with my diet and losing a lot of weight, my A1C was out of ranger, I had dizziness, my thyroid out of ranger and other health issues. I am almost done with the program and in a very better place health wise. I feel better all around, I gained 5lbs in 2 months and with the support I was able to get stronger enough to get back to the gym. Before starting this program, I was struggling. I had trouble sleeping, hormone imbalances, and low energy. It was hard to get through the day. I also couldn’t seem to lose any weight, no matter what I tried, and was dealing with persistent leg pain that wouldn’t go away.
